Manage and administrate security tools and technologies, including endpoint security solutions like Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Intune, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential threats and vulnerabilities. Monitor suspicious activities and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance.

HW & SW Implementation, configuration & troubleshooting of IBM security products for critical environments like: Telecom & Banking sectors. Responsible for IBM Security Products (IBM Security Guardium, IBM Security QRadar SIEM, IBM Security QRadar SOAR). Set project implementation plan for customer from initiation stage till daily operation stage and contribute in POCs and initial meetings for setting up plans. Deploy products’ updates and hotfixes. Collaborate with vendor and customer to deliver value
