- Designed and 3D modeling more than 20 sets of car security systems consisting of Door Locks ,Trunk Lock , Steering Column Lock, Fuel Cap , Dashboard Compartment lock and mechanical locks(latches) - Prepared PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plan, OPC and other systematic documents on designing and product processes - Reviewed feasibility of product design, identified potential issues and implemented changes for improve security systems form and function.
