I am collaborating with the Department of Farm Management (410b) within the multidisciplinary research project Agriculture 4.0 without Chemical-Synthetic Plant Protection or, Landwirtschaft 4.0 Ohne chemisch-synthetischen PfalnzenSchutz in German (NOcsPS). My mission is to help transfer knowledge and increase general awareness about the NOcsPS crop production system.
I had been responsible for the design and maintenance of the websites for the department and its affiliated projects.

Social Media Manager & Webmaster
Food Security Center (FSC)
My responsibilities included designing and maintaining the FSC's website as well as expanding the activities of this center in social networks and online scientific communities. My long-term task was to enhance the role of IT-based programs and social networks for contributing to the food-related well-being of people around the world. As the social media manager, I started a Facebook page for the center in August 2016 that got 500K followers from all over the world by the end of 2019.
My research aimed at evaluating the food habits and nutritional status of asylum seekers and refugees living in accommodations supervised by Caritas in Stuttgart. The study emphasized a strong focus on the situation of pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 2 years of age. My responsibilities included research planning, mentoring of master students, questionnaire development, and nutritional and socio-economic data collection and analysis.
I have been assisting PD. Dr. Veronika Scherbaum, as the tutor of the module entitled "Global Nutrition". The main focus of the course is on food rights with respect to food security and community nutrition. The module also dealt with nutritional status, anthropometric and dietary assessment. The other topics relevant to this module are mother and child nutrition, nutrition and infectious diseases, severe types of malnutrition, micronutrient deficiencies, and nutrition in relief and emergency situations.
Studying on physical, chemical, and sensory characteristics of the chicken meat eating quality.
My general research emphasis had been on social aspects of nutrition and food production systems such as the right to adequate food, food sovereignty, sustainable diet, sustainable livelihood, etc.
The focus of the project was on the interaction of genetic drift and adaptive evolution in Arabidopsis.
