I worked in the WCT’ Berhad, Malaysia project as Project System consultant to improve their Contracting, Sub-Contracting, Interim Payment Application (IPA) and Interim Payment Certificate (IPC) Processes. I also conducted several training courses of Project system module and Material Management Module (Procure to Pay process) and customized solution of IPA and IPC. Conducted several training courses for the WCT’s staff on their Interim Payment Application (IPA) and Interim Payment Certificate (IPC).

I attended initial kickoff and further meetings & user discussions to get information about e-invoicing process, its implementation with IRBM for Proton Holdings Berhad, Malaysia. Integration was performed with Application Programming Interface (API) system between SAP ECC and IRBM. Coordinated with project manager and technical teams to gather the initial requirements for implementation of e-invoice for SAP FICO (AP / AR) module. I worked in Mitsubishi Electric Sales Malaysia (MESM) as lead consultant to study their As-Is system and then convert it into To-Be System for SAP S4 HANA. I participated in a project kick-off to explore and realize phase to finalize the business requirements into the business blueprint document. (It was green fields implementations using SAP Activate methodology). Conducted the workshops with stakeholders to collect the requirements from their As-Is system for the following SAP modules: FICO, PS

I worked in Parkview City Islamabad as SAP FICO consultant for resolving their issues after Go-Live in the hyper care period and advised new and improved procedures for their payments and bank reconciliation. I reconciled their 3 months backlog cheques payments with 3 bank and seven bank accounts. I also trained their finance department staff for FICO functionalities. I also configured two more company codes as template roll out. Handled the AR, AP, Banks and Fixed Assets issues & provided solutions.

I worked as migration consultant to migrate the data from SAP S4 HANA 1709 to SAP S4 HANA 2020. I worked on creation of mapping rules for legacy data to transfer posting of data to new SAP S4 HANA 2020 system. I migrated the data for all components of FICO and MM (Master data and transaction data in shape of balances as well as transaction figures). I migrated the data in different phases like trial conversion one, trial conversion two and three as per the cutoff strategy.

I worked in Super Retail Group Sydney, Australia as Solution consultant for FICO, SD issues. SRG has implemented the SAP ECC to run their Retail business across Australia. I also improved their Gift Card Project by defining encryption procedure to secure the card numbers in SAP data base. I also resolved their day to day issues through their ticket resolving mechanism on Service Now. Provided consultancy in the field of SAP FICO, SD for more than one year. I worked in Sonny Car Wash Company as support consultant for resolving their issues of FICO and Material Management. I also configured some changes in different types of PO, also resolved the conflict between actual quantity in storeroom, quantity which maintained in SAP. I also created some smart form reports of material stock. Hands-on configuration experience in SAP (MM), Inventory Management, release strategies, SAP Portal based workflows, complete Enterprise Orga Structure creation from scratch.

Worked in PIFRA project for more than 10 years. Worked extensively on all FICO, MM, PS module with not only configuration of functionalities but training also. Created 3 company codes as template roll out for new entities of Govt of Pakistan to automate their accounting, budgeting systems. Project is executed by Pakistan Audit Department Islamabad for the automation of Budgeting, financial, Accounting matters in all Accounting Offices in all Govt of Pakistan (Federal, Provincial & Districts) SAP system.
