• Developing new and existing client base through early engagement and positioning, consultative selling prior to request for quotation. • Identifying & generating leads, with market research and contacts including the EPCs, system integrators, panel builders and consultants. • Drive channel partners for target achievement by providing training and sales support. • Shutdown and life-cycle management & managing upgrades and product life cycle management for the existing install base.

• Selected and appointed new channels to improve the regional coverage. • Developed strategy for regional and vertical coverage and synergy for application in the region. • Product management and product development. Involved in first hand commissioning of products. • First point contact for technical, and commercials and managed the region independently. • Monitored channel partners performance metrics and plans to improve in line.

• Designed the control system by selecting the PLC hardware. • Programmed the PLC and SCADA system for the projects. • Communication set-up for the network mainly only Profibus DP, Modbus TCP/IP • Conducted the pre-FAT on the panel shop and integrate the changes into the drawings. • Conducted FAT & SAT as per the control philosophy. • Created O & M (Operation and Maintenance) manual for project handover.
