Designed and implemented an automation framework to certify 20K+ banking payments. Led 3rd-party component development, CI/CD redesign, and payment gateway deployments. Gathered requirements, assigned tasks, and drove continuous delivery through collaboration and testing. Authored technical documents and risk mitigations. Achieved 25% faster automation runtime, built a fully automated CI/CD pipeline, and upgraded the bank payment gateway from SWIFT MT to MX within 7 months.

Led an 8-member team in core product development, handling requirements, Telco APIs, upgrades, security updates, bug fixes, and microservice maintenance. Replaced vendor products to cut costs, migrated legacy data/configs, and created MBSS 2.0 security reports. Collaborated with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve performance. Delivered 4× throughput, 40% less resource use, and 12% cost savings. Built API Manager for XL Axiata (20K TPS, +35% revenue) and led Axiata Group’s award-winning API Platform.

Led the Malaysia development and integration team for 3rd party components, adapters, customer support, and Kubernetes-based environment management. Migrated legacy system from AWS to GCP by deploying the new API Gateway HUB on Kubernetes. Collaborated with customers, vendors, and Mobile Network Operators to integrate and manage telco API calls. Solved OAuth2 token issues during high traffic and proposed a Hazelcast clustering fix for WSO2 API Manager, which WSO2 later adopted.
