Design and Development of internal modules for offshore wind turbine towers like Section platforms, Cable loop platform, Yaw platform, Ladder module and Electrical routing. Creation of concepts for feasibility study of platforms, modules placement and tower master sketch. Working on 3D modeling & 2D detailing for Wind turbine components such as tower shells, flanges, ladder sections, platforms, and tower accessories according to ASME Y14.5 & customer guidelines.

Responsible for studying the product design from the customer and checking the feasibility for new design and interacting with on-site coordinator. Worked on CAR projects to improve design standards and achieve customer satisfaction. Worked on hand calculations, hose and fitting selection, hardware selection. Creating Models, Details and Assembly, Sheetmetal as per site standards. Preparing ECO sheets, Reviewing ECR, Cross checking TMS for quote, process, and status.

Worked on complete individual 2-Stroke Diesel Engine components, structural Galleries and Routing of modeling, drawing and Assembly BOM. No. of Cylinders varies from 5 Cylinder to 11 Cylinder Diesel Engine with Mechanical cam/electronically controlled Tier II Engines. Detail Modeling, sheet metal and drafting of Machining, Welding and assembly drawings. Conversion of schematic Piping Arrangement drawing into Mechanical Routing for Starting Air, Fuel Oil, Lubrication system and Drain system.
