This Global In-house role at an ever growing and constantly evolving recruitment company involved predominantly supporting the marketing team with creating external facing collateral, sub-branding and identity creation for communities, boosting brand presence and assisting in sales enablement projects. There was also strong requirement to support internal sectors throughout the company, creating assets for talent acquisition, sales meetings, incentives and policing the overall look and feel of the brand.

The position involved working on multiple diverse creative briefs for profound companies such as Vodafone, Virgin Media, Verizon Wireless and G4S. Taking basic briefs, developing concepts and creating engaging presentations, print work, animations and sometimes 3D. Working alongside the account manager and design team meant taking briefs from the start and seeing them through to completion while maintaining a relationship with clients throughout the process ensuring satisfaction with the end product.
