• Support to ECU development project teams: o Testing debugging of Electronic Control Unit and Vehicle simulators. o Design and development of test jigs for ECU. o Wiring harness preparation and testing in Lab as well as vehicle environment. o Help project teams in assembling of HW for product development projects. o Associated in testing the product in lab and vehicle.

• Testing of Space qualified batteries like Ni-Cd, Ni-H2 and Lithium Ion for INSAT and IRS series Satellites. • Development of Lithium-Ion, Nickel-Hydrogen & Nickel-Cadmium batteries for ISRO. • Servicing of interface consoles used for testing the flight batteries. • Soldering and rework of flight components as per ISRO standards. • Calibration and maintenance of Chambers like ASC, HERAEUS VOTCH, Data Loggers like SCORPIO, DELTA and battery Thermistors

• Designing, Testing and servicing of power supply, DC-DC Converters, SMPS and integration • Soldering, crimping, Potting, Conformal Coating and testing of HMC burn in unit • Test jigs like 302,303 & 312 for ISRO. • Worked with CADSTAR and ORCAD for schematic and PCB designing • Components procurement and inventory management
