Developed a 1D mechanistic model of electrotaxis in MATLAB, integrating electromigration of charged membrane components, intracellular signalling pathways, and cell migration in a single finite element framework; showed how two competing pathways set the direction of motion in a DC electric field. Computational Biology Group

Research Assistant at the Turbulence lab headed by Prof. M. K. Verma of the Physics Department. I worked on an open-source Maxwell Equations solver called Luxum. I was involved in solver development, maintenance and benchmarking.

Co-developed LUXUM, since released as TEJAS, an open-source parallel FDTD electromagnetic solver for microwave and optical applications; validated against commercial FDTD codes and presented the annual project review at ISRO SAC STC.
