• Leading company’s project ‘’Shifting Technical Department from Germany to Bangladesh’’ • Responsible for planning, managing and execution of all technical training for Bangladesh office step by step • CLO (3D photo) evaluation and necessary pattern correction • Collection framework, planning and support of product groups along the complete development process • Responsible for inquiry, development, production of Men’s, Women’s, and children department • Regular visit of international suppliers

• Responsible for inquiry and technical development of collection season wise • Preparation of order Tech Pack (including Measurement chart, technical details, accessories list) • Final fit approval and sample evaluation based on fitting, sewing construction, and writing comments for further development • Responsible for maintaining product costs based on fitting requirement • Organizing and executing of product fitting on dummy and on Live-Model in accordance with buying and design team

• Creation and interpretation of target-oriented analysis and evaluations for market-driven product management • Garment price negotiation, Order placement • Work with product manager to better understand about technical features – to ensure all product details are highlighted to factories in Bangladesh and India • Flying to international suppliers to visit factories whenever needed before order placement • Final approval of sample, fabric and accessories to start bulk production

• Collaborated closely with the Global Operation, Merchandising and sourcing to ensure on time bulk order delivery • Price negotiation and order placement • Independently dealt with Salesman sample of Brand VH, IZOD, ARROW, BASS, TIMBERLAND for USA market • Approval of sample, lap-dip, bulk fabric and accessories • Maintaining TAC to ensure delivery on time with required quality standard • Frequently factory visit to see the big picture of running production • Production planing

• Following up bulk production for Diaber and Carrefour and ensured on time bulk order delivery • Following up development sample • Price negotiation, order placement and production control based on delivery time • Approval of bulk fabric and accessories
