Responsible for procuring goods and handling business negotiations, ensuring the supply of goods for cross-border transportation, negotiating prices for each route, and finding ways to reduce transportation costs.

My classmate and I co-founded GD Logistics. She handles most of the day-to-day operations, while I primarily provide financial support. My main goal is to expand the company's business in the European transportation and logistics market. Furthermore, I enjoy exploring new areas and continuously expanding my knowledge.

Managed a multi-million dollar operating budget, reduced material waste across departments, and shortened delivery times. Has experience leading management teams at all levels, negotiating freight rates, and optimizing transportation routes.

Responsible for monitoring CTPAT and U.S. Customs compliance, including record keeping, customs clearance, and proper classification. Lead the team responsible for outbound logistics, customer-supplied materials, vehicle registration, and regulatory compliance.

The leadership team is responsible for receiving goods, departmental planning, and projects.
