Surface optimization by thin film deposition on LTCC from solution (Spin coating) and vacuum (CVD), later polishing (CMP)/cleaning Topographical analysis of processed LTCC substrates using Optical microscopy, SEM, and LSM. Chemical and mechanical treatment of wafers and various ceramics and with wafer thinning process (grinding, CMP). Maintained process workflow (planning, organization, and implementation) and improvised the process based on requirements. Documentation and analysis of the processed data.

Project ForLab: Fabrication of MEMS pressure sensor for automotive electronics application using DUV lithography followed by reactive ion etching (RIE) focusing on micro and nanofabrication. Assisted professor in improving sol-gel method for preparing alumina nanosuspension (wet chemistry) Surface characterization using Optical microscopy, AFM, SEM, and Optical Profilometer. Student tutor at AFM for 2 months. Experience working in cleanroom.
