My current position allows me to face numerous challenges. I am involved handling some of the biggest clients in the Scandinavian market. Understanding the client's needs and matching them with the right candidate gives me a sense of accomplishment in my job. Internally I co-ordinate with a team of Resource consultants who assist me in finding the right candidate & make sure the position is filled well within time.

As a BDM responsible for complete end-to-end sales cycle in space selling to achieve weekly and monthly KPI by sourcing and qualifying appropriate leads through market research and cold calling in internet sites as part of Pre-Sales. Providing individual follow up and closure of sales. Facilitate communication and collaboration between offsite and onsite Clients. Single point of contact for sales accounts. Responsible for maintaining status of all accounts.
