Overseeing 6 departments with over 20 employees. Traveling 20% of the time to 4 different stores. Picking out merchandise to place in the 4 stores.

Over seeing 4 different departments with over 10 employees. Buying merchandise for my departments to increase profits. Checking paperwork for sales and profits to find opportunities for new merchandise. Training employees on customer service to increase sales.
