• Supervising the planning, execution and day-to-day leadership of operational, financial and compliance audits as well as special projects and anticipates project issues and take appropriate measures to resolve. • Ensuring that audit objectives were met while gathering and documenting sufficient evidence to support audit conclusion; communicating written audit results in a timely, comprehensive, and clear manner.

• Conducted statutory audit for various companies in different industries including Manufacturing, Telecom, Automobile and Technology Clients. • Supervised the conduct of Statutory Audits including controls and substantive testing & executed preparation of financial statements as per US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). • Preparation and review of Due Diligence Report and Valuation Reports.

• Prepared detailed financial models, including financial statements (P&L) projections, cost revenue forecasts using dynamic MS Excel Spreadsheets to forecast the financial information of the vertical. • Analysed and Processed of ‘As Reported Data’ of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
