In 1997, Gulf Air Management restructures its Operations department and created a new position as Supervisor Operations Control, Hence I took new assignment as Supervisor Operations Control. My Job responsibilities in addition to JAR OPS 1.195 expanded managing Operations Control Centre on shift basis & schedule disruption management.

Running Operations Control independently on shift basis.
