1. US operation Support Participate in US operation project; provide global operation support to US production system under supervision of US operation team. 2. Realize performance follow-up, preventive maintenance, applications and system update, and new resources implementations to ensure data and applications high availability in accordance with operation procedures.. 3. Participates to the 24*7 support for operations outside standard working hours.

Scripts for statistics, and send the reports periodically. Scripts for the monitoring. Migrate and cut down the servers for Zuma Blitz. Record, report, track, investigate the incidents. Set up the environment for the game, Zuma Blitz. Draft the technical docs for the online products. Draft the user manual for Popcap World.
