• Zuständig für die Koordination von Bauvorhaben im Bereich Hochbau inkl. Raumplanung, Umbau und Möbelanordnung. • Verantwortlich für das neue Projekt (Inspiring Working Conditions), die auf ein agileres und nachhaltigeres Arbeitsumfeld abzielen. • Koordinator der Einführung des BIM-Systems für das Gebäudemanagement.

Managing the LEED Certification Process for Cairo Business Complex in The New Capital in Egypt

Worked as the LEED champion for a number of mega projects: 1- Almaza City Center - Majid Al-futtaim. 2- Zwail City for Science and Technology. 3- Al-Jazi mixed-use neighborhood. • Participated in the concept & schematic design and establishing sustainable goals for Boutique Hotel - El-masyaf for M2 Development at North Coast. • Business Development related roles; proposal writing, business communications and relationship management, and assists the business owner in strategic planning.

• Worked as the LEED coordinator for The Gate - mixed-use green building by Abraj-Misr. • Track the work of consultants and contractors to achieve the owner project requirements. • Design net-zero energy buildings through maximize using environmental techniques/materials and passive design strategies (Timur El-Hadidy first recycled house in Egypt, https://cutt.ly/xxTjLEy ). • Participated in Business Development related roles.

In 2017, I was awarded a scholarship at DMG Academy and an internship at Mountain View for Real Estate Development. DMG is a holding group in the Middle East with member companies in all sectors of construction such as engineering, real estate, and hospitality. Mountain View is the Real Estate Development arm of Dar Mimar Group (DMG).
