In my role as the Communications Leader for EY GDS Knowledge Services, I am responsible for creating and implementing the communication plan. I manage leadership, talent, social media, communication along with external/ internal events and digital platforms. I am also responsible for working closely with the Global team to ensure consistent and effective communication.

As the Communications Partner for Transport, Global Engineering Centre, and Regional Support Centre for the Middle East and the Asia Pacific, I was responsible for creating and maintaining key communications channels and material both internal and external e.g. website, intranet, brochures etc. I also managed internal communication activities including HR, leadership, Group, financial, policy change, crisis, and business transformation communication.

• Devise the employee communication strategy for the company • Control and enhance the quality of the communication • Manage Executive Communication • Internal Branding to reinforce the brand identity and values • Build robust communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across the company • Driving employee engagement through communications support of key Company initiatives and creating internal communications pertaining to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities

• Intranet and Newsletters -content creation/management and production • Support Product launches and Sales activities like Employee Benefits Program and Employee Referral Program • Design and development of internal communication material- brochures, web banners, screensavers, employee handbook • Execution of PR events- press conferences, product launches. • Corporate Social Responsibility-positioning CSR as an important function and linking its relevance to everyday business decisions

• Media and Press Management-Created a detailed media list of journalists covering NGOs/Environment from national and regional dailies • Website and Newsletter-design & development of the member newsletter- PANDA and updating for the organization website • Writing articles on behalf of the organization for the WWF International website and external magazines like- Asia Geographic
