Interface between Function owners and the end customer. Being technical manager, and leading 17 member team, responsible for handling Modules related to Vehicle diagnostics, Vehicle communication, System Infrastructure, System manager. Daily activity includes to sync and plan activities between offshore and onsite team , synchronising the activities, reporting updates to customers, addressing the requests and problems of customer. Involved in technical discussion with Function owners and decision making.

My job was at Panasonic Automotive and my job involves, Direct Interaction with end customer, to get the new requirements and work on concept phase upto software design with respect to functional safety, actively involve with system and software architects to clarify the requirements and also track on requirement coverage and design review. Prepare status report and keep track of inflow and outflow of defects and update the management and raise flag in case of any problem foreseen.
