Part of the SAP implementation team. Plan and co-ordinate production schedules with 5 manufacturing units. Tracking and co-ordinate dispatches with plant team, logistics & marketing team. Demand planning as per the aggregated data of the previous years. Coordinating with sales team for the demand pattern and analysis of the same. Review of Production plan with the plant to ensure the achievement of weekly targets. Coordinating with plant team, QC, marketing, purchase, dispatch depts. for the same.

Preparing material requisition list for all projects and checking the quality of the inward materials as per the required code Developing & monitoring daily & monthly production schedule report as well as daily material transaction Analyzing the production drawings, devising efficient fabrication methods, sequencing of fabrication and allocating work to the workmen
