Shobhit Diwakar

Shobhit Diwakar is an Indian-qualified Lawyer, who is pursuing International Dispute Resolution LL.M. from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. His yearning for academic rigour guided him into a semester exchange program at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin, on full Scholarship by DAAD, where he had the fortune of appreciating German pedagogy & culture. During his Law School, he participated in various International Commercial Arbitration Competitions and gained professional experience with Delhi International Arbitration Centre, KPMG, Revvsales Inc. & DLF Group’s legal team on arbitration, which exposed him to functional aspects of dispute resolution mechanisms & Arbitration law. As Shobhit progresses in his IDR LL.M. journey & contributes to academic research in this ecosystem, he brings with him the culturally rich heritage of India & looks forward to building strong relationships and, utilizing any opportunity that will further enhance his academic and professional endeavors.
