• Worked on recruitment projects for our client in Barcelona from June 2016 to September 2016 as an onsite implant. • Currently, apart from recruiting for various roles, I am also involved in knowledge transfer and analysing the effects of the changes in the recruitment process to be implemented across all our business units to ensure quality adherence.

•Full-life cycle recruitment, from drafting job descriptions for job advert publication, implementing a sourcing strategy, identifying recruitment sources & target companies, CV sourcing, candidate screening, coordination between client and candidate, industry mapping, and working on RPO projects. •I manage a team of 7 people, and am part of the training team in the India business unit. •I speak Spanish fluently, and have worked on several roles for Spanish speaking clients across Europe and LATAM.

My responsibilities include researching and conducting direct and indirect search on companies and candidates across all industries and locations, specifically targeting mid to exec level positions. I also utilize my Spanish language skills recruiting for our Spanish clients.

• Sourcing active and passive candidates from job boards, search engines, and social networking tools. • Filtering through and reviewing candidate profiles and evaluating applicants’ desired salary/hourly rate against open requirements. • Conducting full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, selection and rate negotiations. • Work in the capacity of a mentor and show trainees the tricks of the trade
