• Lead of launch activities for Direct Insulation Heat Shields • Design validation and Manufacturing feasibility study with the customer and internal application engineering team • Developed new external partners for improving Federal Mogul's manufacturing capabilities • Established a new manufacturing method for Direct Insulation Heat Shields • Plant responsible to conduct complete PPAP • Single point contact from the plant to the customers

• Led Projects focussing on Lean Management a. Single Minute Exchange of Die for stamping presses (SMED) at FM Herdorf b. Scrap reduction in Injection Moulding Process at FM Kunsziget • Conducted a ‘Make Versus Buy’ Study for the bonded pistons product line • Organized cross functional workshops with European and American tool makers to understand cost structure and manufacturing feasibility of stamping parts

• Master Thesis : High speed tempering of hot formed 22MnB5 steel • Developed a mathematical model for predicting hardness and tensile strength after tempering • Induction and conduction heating experiments at Universities in Magdeburg and Hannover • Simulations of deep drawing processes in ABAQUS

• Deep drawing and hot stamping experiments with material characterization • Experimentation setup design and casting of ceramic dies • Drafting the stamping tool components using CATIA

• Supervising the production of cam shafts sub contracted by Bharat Forge • Production planning and Quality control
