·Responsible for IoT business specialized in smart home products. New accounts development, business scope research and organize business visits. Conduct NDA, RFQ, NRE. ·Responsible for CEM projects, maintaining existing customers. Conduct RFQ, NRE, Cost reduction, Inventory review. Account Management - Cooperate with both internal/external team to review projects issues and ensure they been solved timely.

Key account management for Switch and Set top Box product line. In charge Tier 1 clients. Responsible for target profit achievement by conducting RFQ, cost review, analysis, reduction plan & execution. Supply chain management – material status review with internal team & clients. Vendor management - supplier capacity review & plan, new supplier development, and phase in, Purchase Price/ Term/ Condition Negotiation.

Responsible for all Financial analysis and review, P&L review, RFQ, price negotiation for tier 1 clients. •P&L analysis, forecasting, BOM cost as well as margin analysis. •E&O, AR review. •Drive cost analysis & reduction execution. •Weekly internal cost review and execution to ensure target profit achieved.

In charge of major markets marketing and key-account relationship maintenance, including woodworking machinery, metal working machinery, and accessories. •Woodworking machinery industrial market trends research. •Business development, conduct RFQ, NRE, NDA.
