Topic: Analysis processes to fulfill requirements of the SCIP database in discrete industries • Researched the existing approach of distinct industries. • Analyzed the process which Hilti followed for data submission in 2020. • Interviewed subject matter experts. • Defined areas to improve the effectiveness of SCIP submission process and developed a general process chart to efficiently drive SCIP submissions . • Recommended having a well-defined system over the existing approach and future steps.

• Working on the SCIP database (Substances of Concern In articles (Products)). • Testing Product Compliance system and Drafting User Manual on Confluence. • Maintaining the Data from Supplier and Submitting (Compliance reporting)on the SCIP database-ECHA (European Chemical Agency). • Liaising with the Supplier, Supplier Manager, Sourcing Excellence team and JZ certification team. • Supporting in the day-to-day tasks such as creating data manuals and Flowcharts, data quality check on excel and SAP ERP.

• Performing tests and raw data collection from tools, management of data and failure analysis. • Responsible for the project and report documentation of various tool tests.
