Regulated 3 global quantitative market research studies on behalf of pharma clients in US, Latin America, EU5, JAPAC and Australia (across 14 countries) to determine the effectiveness of their Medical teams and newly launched therapies. • Investigated the optimal structure, size, and alignment of a pharma company’s medical team (50+ MSLs) and assessed the impact on existing Medical Affairs roles based on the sizing outputs and alignment consideration.
