I work in the Engineering Department of Royal Van Lent Shipyard. My role includes sizing and selecting bilge pumps and air compressors. I develop parametric 3D models for adjustable hatches and water tight doors. Using Siemens NX and Teamcenter, I create fabrication drawings for structural and outfitting parts like the hull, bulwarks, anchor systems, and mast. I also collaborate with the RVLS design team to resolve design challenges, streamline processes, and ensure accurate, efficient outputs.

Worked on DATUM and RF product lines, with expertise in designing stationary and rotary components for centrifugal compressors. Ensured compliance with API 617, ASME and Siemens Energy standards, producing detailed machining, casting, and fabrication drawings.Skilled in Siemens NX and Teamcenter for 3D modeling, detailing, and version control. Worked on the Design of Mechanical Seals Components for the Centrifugal pumps and Compressors on Solid Edge ST10 and Team center. Worked on the Design of Gland Plates as per API and Non API standards. Used Sleeve design guide for Single Cartridge, Dual Cartridge, Hook, and Auxiliary sleeves as per API and Non API standards. Used Standards for Geometric Dimension and Tolerances for Gland Plates and Sleeves. Used B.S Standards for the selection of O ring and Gasket Grooves.
