Chemical and physical Characterization of the properties of oils including set-up of analytics (Mainly Gear-boxes, Compressors and other crude and lubricating oils).

-Imparting practical skills with a production background (e.g. quality assurance and laboratory operation) or introduction to developmental processes (e.g. material technology process and component design). >Mechanical, chemical and physical material testing, sample preparation, documentation and functional control of the test equipment. >Metallographic investigations and various microscopy techniques (light, stereo and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), XRD).

Production, assembly work and quality control.

• High-grade material selection • Gained practical knowledge in Material testing like durability, corrosion resistance and core loss testing for motors and rewinding to check the quality.

• Metallography of materials and Materials characterization • Design (CATIA) of Compressor components
