Responsible for the development of POC for board members within CSM module to fulfill business requirements.Providing detailed technical architecture analysis, design and direction on development activities, Software customization, assignment automation using skills, data import/synchronization, LDAP Integration, internal and external training. Reviewing all changes to the platform at a design level initially and then at the code level as part of the Change control process.

• Single point of contact to customers for technical activities and provided workshop sessions on ServiceNow functionalities and gather detailed technical requirements • Developed ServiceNow scoped application to address LMS, Timesheet, Payroll, HR, Patient Issue Management • Solutioned various integrations like SSO, Absolute, SSO group claims and Vision.

Developed ServiceNow platform including the creation and customization of the core applications such as HR, ITSM, PPM and Service Catalog.Implemented CMDB and Asset management by importing data from third party applications empowering IT admins for effective issue resolution.Offshore development lead managing a team of 4 people & working closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, system impact assessment, detailed designing, production deployment.

• Instrumental in the launch of ITIL core processes and foundation modules: ESM portal, Incident Management, Service Request, Facilities, Change Management. • Represented a team of five and was responsible for their activities. • Successfully implemented knowledge management with complete technical ownership. • Designed and developed a custom application to assist IT Field service management for two locations as POC.
