Working as Key account manager for AstraZeneca (AZ) Japan, I am managing projects end-to-end, working as customer’s success partner. I ensure quality and on-time delivery while managing multiple projects in agile framework. Have successfully executed projects that resulted in $0.8m of customer's savings. Have been instrumental in achieving operational excellence and also helping in recruitment of Japanese resources for Indegene.

Liaised with clients/ client service team and customized McKinsey's program management tool for the client. Acted as a thought partner for clients, used data analysis and data visualization to provide innovative solutions. Was actively doing cross-functional collaboration while managing projects for multiple clients. Helped in resource planning, was instrumental in training new team members, and was rewarded ‘Star performer’ in Jun2018 for exceptional client impact.

After completing field-service training in half of the time, I worked as on-call field service engineer where I monitored, trouble-shooted, and maintained the SOFC power generation systems. Have played pivotal role in developing the Field Service strategy for Japan by liaising with Bloom Energy US and Japan side. I also searched the gas analysis vendor in Japan, performed data analysis to describe Bloombox's performance. My work involved regular coordination with multiple stakeholders and knowledge sharing.

Completed the in-house training in the manufacturing, quality control, testing and accounting department. Conducted tests (electrical characteristics, durability, withstand voltage) on Aluminum and Film capacitors. Learnt 2D and 3D CAD, drew sequence diagrams and 3D diagram of parts of EV's Quick Chargers and designed on-Board charger for EV/ HEV using 3D CAD ‘Solidworks'.
