Responsibility: Heading SIPLACE Pick & Place machine business in South East Asia, Korea, Japan, India, Australia, regarding sales/marketing/service/software, manufacturing and R&D. P&L responsibility in the high double digit million Euro and ~ 250 staff. Achievements: Strong business growth through strategic sales and Key Account Management, while maintaining Ebit quality. Rising funds from EDB to transfer manufacturing and R&D of SIPLACE machines to Singapore. Coaching ramp up of factory in 14 month.

Responsibility: Managing a start up business in the optical inspection sensor market. Achievements: Ramping up the sales and service organisation worldwide. Creating high single digit million sales in B2B.

Responsibilities: Heading Key Account Management business for SIPLACE machine in Asia. Achievements: Increasing business volume by 50% into high double digit million Euro by managing existing Key Accounts and developing new ones.

Responsibilities: SIPLACE Key Account Manager for Mannesmann VDO. Achievements: Becoming core supplier for SMT machines for Mannesmann VDO worldwide, creating high single digit million Euro business.

Responsibilities: Manage encryption telecommunication systems and digital recording systems for banks (trade boards, call centers and public telecommunication networks). Achievements: Develop national and international business in the high single digit million Euro.

Responsibilities: Develop smart card systems and software for banks. Achievements: Develop operating system for German EC – card and smart card personalizing software system.

Responsibilities: Develop high security electronic systems for banks. Achievements: Develop Safelock, a high security electronic safe deposit lock system.
