· Reporting to the CEO of a European manufacturer of licensed toys, negotiate business deals with international distributors and trading companies to maximize the international sales. · In Spain, negotiate trade terms with independent toy groups and support the key account team (Carrefour, Toys R Us, El Corte Ingles, etc.) in their management duties: product presentations, promotion proposals, trade marketing campaign execution and the control of its implementation in the point of sale.

· Reporting to the General Management of Southern Europe of a company dedicated to the distribution of licensed collectible products and toys, I was in charge of changing the commercial strategy in Portugal and Spain and negotiating new distribution deals in these territories as well as to maximize the distribution coverage. · In Spain & Portugal, I manage the local marketing budget , planning and negotiating media campaigns, consumer fairs as well as PR actions.

·Reporting to the CEO, design the strategic and operational marketing plan of an international sports merchandising & toy manufacturer for a brand new product line with licenses of the top football clubs for its distribution in 3 continents. · Defined corporate identity, determined annual marketing plans, market research activities, organization of events with top sportsmen: David Beckham Zidane, etc. · Management of the marketing team of 4 people, 6 sales reps and external agencies/distributors.
