Controlling the financial feasibilty to present to the upper managament to start the program. * Started planning and sourcing of ladies underwear, lingerie, hosiery product categories.

* To organize the circular knit, flat knit, woven and denim productions at India, China, Bangladesh and Pakistan. * To set the orders according to the target price and shipment date. * To control and confirm the L/C clauses. * To follow up the production process, to approve the samples with my team and related departments to avoid and/ or solve any possible problem. * Visit the factories to do inline and final quality control. Authorize the shipment. * To organize the shipment with Logistics Department
