• Assess and analyze the HR’ situation in the client companies, in order to comprehend and clarify the consulting needs • Seek potential openings in client companies and strive to find the best-suited candidates to fill in such positions • Design recruitment offers and presentations regarding the Recruitment Services provided by AIMS • Interview potential candidates using all the necessary tools required. Write reports to client companies related to the candidates to be recommended on the short list

• Manage the recruitment & selection process for openings in the company - different position levels (recruitment sites / media, recruitment advertisement, phone screen the candidates, interviews, manage the candidates database) • Elaborate interview guide competency based - adjusted for each type of position • Prepare offer letters for hiring • Elaborate monthly activity reports on recruitment process • In charge with the logistic / organizational training activities and also training needs evaluation
