Management of major re-engineering projects Global management of all on-boarding functions for all major Securities and Fund Services (SFS) businesses Definition and maintenance of Project/Programme Management approach, policies, tools and governance Responsible for due diligences on potential M&A deals on the Fund Services space (Continental Europe)

• Set-up of all Operation & IT infrastructures for the Hedge Funds distribution business for the Private Banking Dept. • Programme manager for different process re-engineering & transformation of operational workflows • New market development

• Review & restructuring of all operational flows (especially into the Hedge Funds & Mutual Fund environment) • Responsible for the new operational strategy & product perimeter (support AUM increase via introduction of new asset classes): 120 HC • Member of Fundsettle User Group to support product development & expansion of Mutual Funds & Hedge Funds areas

• Creation of internal expertise on local markets and Programme manager for the set-up of Trustee, Global Custody, Transfer Agency, Fund Administration business (6 HC) • Set-up of relationships with local authorities for business start-up • Responsible for technical & business due diligence for the acquisition of 2 major Italian Depository Banks
