Identify and implement improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the P2P process.

Process invoices from suppliers to ensure proper billing and provide payment request to customers. Handle any supplier issues that arise and escalate appropriately.

Negotiated a 2M Euros contract with savings of 120k Euros. Successfully managed the end to end of Supplier Selection Projects (RFXs) consistent with the stakeholders needs (price negotiation & evaluation, contract terms & conditions, payment terms). Engaged in direct price (commercial) negotiation as well as in contract negotiation and management with suppliers and assessed risk management for high profile contracts.

Significantly decreased aging level for UK disputes with all accounts under 90 days. Enabled the resolution of disputes to basically no accruals and write-offs. Actively involved in TPOE UK&I analysis engagement model that was leveraged to entire EMEA. Team coordination delivery to cash: disputes reconciliation, rebates, marketing funds, cash discounts, trade account deductions, accruals monitoring, performance analysis and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Outstanding improvement on the most challenging retail account Tesco by reducing overall disputes of M3$ in record time. Successfully managed three challenging accounts by improving operational flows in the first two months of activity. E-2-E Operational Account Management working with customers and internal stakeholders focusing on backlog management and claims management to achieve revenue recognition and customer satisfaction.
