In charge of the Visitors Promotion Department, I took care of the marketing campaigns for the following Shows: Alimentaria Barcelona 2008 & 2010 - Show leader in Spain and 3rd in Europe - ; Barcelona Degusta 2009; Bta 2009; Alimentaria Lisboa 2009. My main objective was to improve visitor's profile, according to the show's offer, and to increase visitor's quantity in order to provide all exhibitors the biggest offer of buyers. I was in charge as well of the logistic on site during show's celebrations.

In charge of selling the 700m2 exhibition space of the Spanish Pavillion at the most important Crafts Show "Artigiano in Fiera" - Milan, Italy

In charge of sales in Italy, Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the hotels of the group, in Barcelona and Paris. MICE,Leisure, Corporate, groups and individual reservations. International fairs participations, road shows, workshops and sales blitz.

In charge of the Executive Floor: relations with VIP Clients, welcoming, food and beverages sector, accounting.

In charge of assisting the FO Manager: personalized welcoming of VIP clients, internationals Stars, multiculture delegations, guest relations, cashier, training of new members of the staff.

In charge of welcoming clients, VIP, accounting, guest relations, concierge service, night shift.

In charge of reservations for a total of 700 rooms. Direct collaboration with the Revenue Area Manager in order to manage selling strategies and big sales accounts.

In charge of the start up of the italian hotel's restaurant. Selection and training of the staff and collaboration with the sales team to promote the restuarnat to the local italians companies and institutions.

First ufficial job after studies. Reception, concierge service, Guest Relations on the Executive Floor and Reservations Agent. In charge of reception tasks,clients accounting, relations with clients VIP and others, reservations and visa procedures.
