User Experience Designer for European Product Development team. Design Lead for various projects including eBay user facing tools and eBay management software solutions for marketers. We work in an Agile environment, supported by internal development distributed teams and I am fully part of the Agile team on each project. Big part of my daily work is to evangelize why UX Design matters and how to integrate different players in the process: PMs, Business Owners, Content Strategists, Tech Leads, Devs.

Responsible for the Visual and Information design of help pages and static landing pages for eBay Europe. Design Point of Contact for third party agencies, which translates in Art direction and evangelization of eBay tone of voice, pattern library and brand guidelines on email marketing, onsite and online placements on various marketing initiatives. Support and ongoing collaboration with the front end development department.

Responsibility for development and delivery of a direct communications strategy which achieves customer acquisition and retention objectives. Production of project plans to deliver campaign and strategy proposals Implementation of these campaign plans. Manage relationships with all external agencies to fulfil all campaign requirements. Providing direction to the development of data selection and segmentation techniques to support marketing activities. Analysis and production of reports.
