I works as a Consultant in Futurestep Italy, in the Financial Services Practice. In this role, I am in charge of business development activities and delivery of search and selections projects which are under the responsibility of the Team.

I am in charge of the whole process of selection, from requirement analysis to candidates’ short list proposal, working with a good level of autonomy with national and multinational companies operating in many sectors: Mass Market, Services, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical. The profiles searched belong to staff and line roles with salary level from employees to executives.

I joined the firm as a Researcher (direct search, first contact with candidates); after one year I became Consultant, first managing the whole process of selection, then client relationship also from job description definition to proposal support.
