main task was to create and develop Tariff Regulation procedures as well as a methodology for the national telecommunication market. Both according to the European Union Directives and Best Practice in order to promote effective competition and to protect end-users’ rights. I was in charge, as SAP Key User, of uploading prices and customer discounts for the data migration to the SAP during the cut over. I was also involved in the whole testing procedure of the pricing conditions. Mrs. Hlevca ensured accurate and timely implementation and communication of price changes in the Balkan countries and provided guidance for the pricing process / procedure.

I was responsible for analyzing credits' solicitations and obtaining the finance sources from the banks and also for tracking bank reimbursements and interests for revolving credits. I, in addition elaborated cash flow forecasting and analysis including quarterly forecast based on the company goals.
