- Strategical evolvement of the direct material sourcing categories - Together with the HW Sourcing Head of Category management challenge, manage and evolve the direct material sourcing categories to meet the future needs of Ericsson Antenna Systems - Enable collaboration with Product Management, R&D and Supply to improve the sourcing contribution to the overall business results - Support implementation of category and PSL (preferred suppliers list) strategies

- Obtain and analyze demand data - Analyze supplier capabilities - Interpret data, derive conclusions and develop solution proposals - Prepare escalation meetings with suppliers in alignment with strategic sourcing and supply - Execute escalation meetings with suppliers, strategic sourcing, supply, management and other stakeholders - Active participate in management meetings to supply issues - Run predictive analysis and manage potential future supply bottlenecks

o Procurement management for NPI-material o Procurement management for first-samples and initial tools o Safety-stock management o Capability management including delivery-date tracking o Procurement-Master-Data management o Build, maintain and optimize the supply chain set up o Contact person within the NPI-project-teams in regards of materialization o Deep cooperation with project-/strategic sourcing
