Operation Manager for the Far East Import Gateway program. Lauch new direct consolidation service from Far East to 3 mini gateways in U.S. Successfully rebuilt a weak gateway and bring department net loss from $300K USD to a positive flow of USD$500K net profit within 2 years.

I took up the challenge to restart the Far East export gateway with consolidation performed in multiple US cities. I was responsible to perform strategic planning and vendor negotiation which resulted in record number of direct consolidations from U.S to various Far East countries.

I started my first job in the freight forwarding field as an import operator. I was responsible to launch the first inbound domestic department in West Coast. By negotiating special rate arrangement with vendors, I was able to bring in a 40% overall saving in warehouse charges.

As an aviation storekeeper (AK3), I was responisible to coordinate and carry out the movement of equipment, supplies, and machinery for flighter squardron VF-126. As the trainer officer, I was responsible to keep official publication and training record up to date.
