I am currently responsible for all technical and non technical sales roles across EMEA for the emerging technology and new overlay positions. This includes hiring Solution Architects, Inside sales, Territory Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and Global Account Managers to name a few.

I was hired to set up the HR and Recruitment infrastructure, as well as to build the business by hiring great people. This is a really exciting opportunity to build teams across Europe, make sure all HR activities are being looked after, and making sure people love working here!

• Executive Search, sourcing senior candidates into positions throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Pacific for our Portfolio Teams. (Public Relations, Communications, Policy, Legal, Business Intelligence, Finance, People Operations [HR], Facilities).

I was responsible for all UK resourcing for Turner & Townsend across all sectors and disciplines including core services from graduates through to senior hires. I am passionate about in house recruitment and firmly believe the direct hire model has a huge part to play in future business.
