  I provided 3rd line technical support for the windows server estate and the vmware environment. This included the support of around 6,500 windows servers split across physical and virtual environments, ranging from Windows 2000 to Windows 2008 R2 SP1. I also support SQL clustering across SAN environments using EMC DMX and SRDF. My main focus is providing detailed, root cause analysis of production issues, pro-active maintenance work, in-depth troubleshooting and project work.
