• Joined the new Technology and Operations Risk Management Team with the remit of establishing a Third Party Risk Management Framework and performing supplier assurance activities in order to identify, assess and manage supplier risks;

• Led and facilitated work to establish a new Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) function within RSA’s UK & International business. • Managed a very successful major incident response (project) to a data loss event that impacted a significant number of customers and could have resulted in a large fine for RSA. • Implemented a suite of new control policies / frameworks across the UK & International region and led the region through a successful regulatory review of the implementation.
