Leader of the team in Continental BU ADAS responsible for: * Design of antenna systems for automotive radar sensors at 24GHz and 77GHz. * RF-PCB technologies for radar aplications in mass production * Operation and improvement of the anechoic chamber in the Continental radar competence center in Munich, Germany. * Tool chain for antenna/radar integration studies in the vehicles. Training and technical support within the Business Unit ADAS regarding microwaves, radar, antenna and anechoic chambers.

Design of antenna systems for automotive radar sensors at 77GHz. Design and successfully brought into mass production of the first 77GHz planar antenna system for Continental radars. "Innovator of the Year 2014" award in June 2014 for outstanding contributions to "High-Performance and Robust Planar Antenna for SRR300 / ARS400". Training and technical support (colloquia, workshops, consulting) within the Business Unit ADAS regarding microwaves, radar, antenna and anechoic chambers.

Responsible for the design, construction and operation of the anechoic chamber in the Continental radar competence center in Munich, Germany. Nomination as "Leading Technical Expert" in the field "Long Range Radar – Electromagnetic Characteristics and Wave Propagation" in October 2013.

Working for Audi AG as external staff member. Employed at ESG GmbH. Technical Project Leader for the development of automotive antenna systems for infotainment. Leading of external suppliers and internal coordination of integration and testing activities. Able to achieve all milestones with the targeted cost and the required technical maturity from the first prototypes to start of production. Team Leader for the antenna lab in Audi AG and responsible for the antenna / radio technical interface.

Technical Project Leader for the development of automotive antenna systems for infotainment in different vehicles in Audi AG. Team Leader for the antenna lab in Audi AG. Technical leadership of the engineering team and definition of new test and measurement methods. Responsible for the antenna / radio technical interface: coordination and active participation in the interdisciplinary activities between the antenna, radio and EMC groups in Audi AG.

PhD thesis "Resolution and Accuracy in Multiband Radar Sensors" on radar systems operating at different frequency bands. Design and construction of a chamber for continuos radiation of living rodents with a controlled dosis of GSM and UMTS waves. Teaching assistant, Supervisor of three master thesis and several working students. Improvement of the anechoic chamber for antenna and radar cross section measurements up to 110GHz.
