Creating Hardware and Software Maintenance Proposal and Contract Documents for IBM direct customers. Performing the corresponding billing and invoicing activities. Effectively communicating throughout entire process to insure settlements of the applicable IBM accounts. Working on and leading process improvements.

Property market researching, conducting in-depth interviews and surveys. Managing internal clients' database. Assisting company's managing director with his schedule - organizing meetings and documenting them.
