Small Italian company selecting and training human resources for italian hotels. I created the company to turn a passion into a job. I have helped hundreds of italian boys and girls finding their first job, and developing the "soft skills" that would be crucial for their career.

Japanese corporation, manufacturer of mechanical components for factory automation. Reporting to European Headquarter, I was asked to: - open the Italian Market to MISUMI products, starting from scratch - recruit, train and manage all Italian sales force (salesmen, telemarketers, tech support and customer service). - develop, together with European Marketing HQ, the best strategy to penetrate the italian market.

Italian Small-Medium Company, manufacturer of portable instruments and automatic systems for industrial emissions monitoring and environmental protection. Inside that company, I grew from salesman to Export Manager, and in that role my main tasks were: - selecting international distributors for our products. - training their sales force, helping them with the biggest and hardest deals. - setting sales goals and monitor the performance of resellers and distrbutors.
